Through distribution agreements with these two international suppliers, Masterskill is able to offer an online training solution that speaks to the Strategic Objective with an organization.  Taking into the consideration of the failures of online and Elearning solutions implement in the past, Masterskill has designed a customizable solution that aids the HR / training initiatives within the organization.

When considering the limitations relating to IT infrastructure within the South African market, Masterskill has enabled the customer by providing multiple solutions.  These solutions could include any combination of the following:

  • Access to more than 5000 NQF aligned eLearning courses on a wide range of IT, computing, project management, call centre and business management topics
  • Self-paced courses and tutorials, professional certifications, and a pre and post assessment
  • Virtual Labs
  • Assistance with Seta Claims
  • Technical support via email and telephone

To provide an integrated solution with the courseware, Masterskill has started the process of aligning the Elearning content to the NQF requirement.  The byproduct of the NQF alignment of the online content and the partnership with a local LMS (learner management system) provider is that Masterskill is able to assist their customers in the creation of “Work Skills Plans” and “Annual Training Reports”.

To ensure successful engagement of learners in the Elearning initiatives, Masterskill has designed a rollout model that incorporates components such as : pilots, communication plans, support desks, change management, incentive schemes, etc.  Reference sites of successful implantation of solutions are available to all prospective customers.
